I started shopping for a boat detailer in March. I knew that waxing and polishing Amazing Grace would be a big job. I also knew it would be more accessible on the hard in Plymouth than floating in Onset.
After considering several April/May options, I picked one that turned out to be a total bust. This put me in the unenviable position of needing a big boat detailed after Memorial Day.
My friend Bill told me about John Medeiros, who works out of Safe Harbor Sakonnet. I reached out to John on May 20th; he drove to Onset, looked the boat over, and gave me a quote the same day.
We booked John to do the work at Safe Harbor Plymouth because we had a trip north scheduled in the middle of the project.
John started work on May 28th and finished on June 5th.
Despite fighting pollen every day, John did a fabulous job.

He travels the East Coast if the job is big enough. He’s a ceramic specialist and also does shrinkwrapping, Propspeed, bottom paint, and zincs.
